Jeff has been a principal at FCM since 1991. Jeff makes sure every project gets off on the right foot. From pre-design development, conceptual layouts and investment analysis to municipal approvals, Jeff will help guide you through the initial project procedures. Along with the architectural staff, Jeff will analyze your present and future demand for space, factoring in site and regulatory constraints to develop a conceptual plan. He will also investigate zoning, permitting and land use status, undertaking any necessary rezoning, permitting and/or approvals required for the development and construction of your facility.
