Lee is the head of operations at FCM. His duties include project estimating, subcontract bidding and negotiation. Lee also subcontracts and procures the subcontractors and suppliers. As a project manager, Lee will coordinate the schedules for the subcontractors and suppliers of your project. In addition, he’ll stay in contact with the FCM site superintendent throughout the construction to ensure questions are answered and your project is on time and on budget.
