As a member of the FCM Design/Build Team, Mike will work closely with Lee Gorud on the construction portion of the projects. He will give you the confidence of knowing that your project will be built according to your specification and specific construction needs. He will submit plans to subcontractors for bidding, review subcontractor proposals, set-up construction schedules, coordinate FCM work crews/FCM site superintendents / Subcontractors, order materials and provide change orders as required. He will work closely with each client to ensure work progresses as designed and scheduled. In addition, his experience includes a wide variety of building types and uses that include: Medical Clinics, Healthcare Facilities, Medical Offices, Mercantile/Retail, Banks, Restaurants, General Offices, Industrial and Warehousing Buildings. Mike’s attention to detail will assure you that your building will be constructed beyond your expectations. Mike has been working in this industry since 1988 and directly in construction supervision and management since 1991.
