When UW Health - Physicians Plus decided to leave their existing 3,000 SF clinic they turned to FCM Corporation as their Design-Build Contractor.

FCM Corporation provided services including conceptual design, design development, working documents and construction management for a new 9,200 SF medical office building in downtown Oregon. The building is designed for 5 primary care providers offering both x-ray and lab services.

The project was completed in the spring of 2000.
