Anchor Bank Branch Facility

FCM Corporation was chosen by Anchor Bank to provide Design/Build services for a new 3,800 square foot, free standing, branch bank facility with accommodation for three drive through lanes.

FCM worked closely with the Owner to obtain state and municipal approvals and to overcome the challenge of on site wetlands. The design includes a barrel roof extending over the central lobby spaces and drive through lanes and a curved building front to provide a unique and attractive look as one approaches the building.

The new facility was completed in October, 2003 and is currently providing services to the community of Franklin.
