FCM Corporation was selected by Columbus Community Hospital to design and construct a new 29,000 square foot clinic facility to be leased by St. Marys Dean Ventures and Dean Health System.

The new clinic will accommodate primary care services as well as specialty providers, including Urology, Dermatology, and Oncology. The design goals were to provide the new two-story space and parking on the existing hospital campus, coordinate the new medical office building with the existing hospital building, and provide a direct connector to the hospital.

With these design goals met, the new facility was completed in the spring of 2004 and is currently providing much needed services to the community.
