Hayward Area Memorial Hospital
Medical Office Building

In Hayward, Wisconsin, FCM Corporation was selected
to perform the design/build function in developing an 18,000
square foot single story medical office building attached to
the hospital. This project includes razing the existing ambulance
garage and relocating it as part of the building project, along
with the renovation of the present emergency room.
This clinic includes space for Family Practice,
ENT, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, Mental Health and consulting
physicians. Hayward Area Memorial Hospital is the Owner with
St. Luke’s Hospital, Duluth, MN/Northwoods Community Health
Center as the main tenant.
The project was completed in March of 1999.
