Completed in January of 2001, FCM Corporation was selected as the Design-Build Contractor this teaching Clinic for the U.W. Department of Family Medicine and Practice in Northeast Medicine.

This new 26,000 square foot medical office building replaces the current clinic at the same site. The clinic is unique in that it is designed to allow Family Practice Residence to Practice in a world like environment, and at the same time having the amenities necessary for a first class teaching environment.

A major requirement was to provide patient care services on the first floor and provide staff with as many windows as possible. The first floor accommodates 24 Exam Rooms, Residence Rooms, Staffing Rooms, 2 Minor Treatment Rooms, Nine Stations, X-Ray and Lab. Administrative Services are upstairs including Medical Records, Transcription, Locker Rooms, Conference Rooms, Storage and Large Lounge.
