Minnesota. The retail center has the potential for six separate
retail bays, one having a potential for a drive-through window
and canopy.
The building is wood framed, with aluminum storefront
windows, split-faced block/ brick veneer, Exterior Insulation
Finish System (EIFS) accents and rubber membrane roof.
