FCM Corporation was selected to provide both design and construction services for a build to suit clinic project. Watertown Memorial Hospital is the project Owner with Dean St. Marys Regional Clinics as the tenant in this new 5,200 SF medical office building.

FCM worked closely with the Dean Clinic staff during the design development phase to provide them with the clinic they required to meet their needs. As well, FCM worked closely with Watertown Memorial Hospital to ensure the project was done on time and within budget.

The project was completed in the spring of 2000
