Woodland Commons Retail Center

MMI, LLC Properties selected FCM Corporation to provide design and construction services for this 13,600 square foot retail center in McFarland, Wisconsin. This building is set on a 2.84 acre site The retail center has the potential for nine separate retail bays, one having a drive through window and canopy.

The building is wood framed, with split-faced block, Exterior Insulation Finish System (EIFS) and rubber membrane roof. The store font aluminum window and door locations are interchangeable.

The project was completed in the spring of 2004.
