Our people are the foundation, walls, and roof of the company.  They bring an abundance of experience, talent, and design/build expertise that not only makes us a premier design/build firm, but also more importantly, provides our clients with the innovative solutions that build ideal facilities.

Jeff Gillis


Jeff has been a Principal at FCM Corporation since 1989 and has been the President since 2012. 

He will make sure that your project gets off on the right foot.  From pre-design development and conceptual layouts to investment analysis and municipal approvals, he will help guide you through the initial project procedures.  He will analyze your present and future demand for space, factoring in site and regulatory constraints to develop a conceptual plan along with investigating zoning, permitting, and land-use status; undertaking and necessary rezoning, permitting, and/or approvals required for the development and construction of your project.

Jeff’s experience includes a variety of responsibilities from ensuring the project meets your requirements and budget; overseeing the project design schedule; coordinating proper site information, municipal approval requirements; and attending municipal meetings.  He takes great pride in making sure he maintains a solid relationship with every clients he works with.

Mike Gartland


Mike gives you the confidence of knowing that your project will be built according to your specifications and specific construction needs.

He will submit plans to subcontractors for bidding; review subcontractor proposals; set up construction schedules; coordinate our work crews, site superintendents, and subcontractors; order materials as needed; and provide change orders as required.  He will work very closely with each client to ensure the work will progress as designed and according to the schedule.

Mike’s experience includes a wide variety of building types and uses that include health care facilities, mercantile/retail, banks, restaurants, general offices, and industrial and warehousing buildings.  Mike’s attention to detail assures you that your project will be constructed beyond your expectations.  Mike has been working in the industry since 1988 and has been directly involved in construction supervision and management since 1991.

Tyler Weavers

Project Manager

Tyler will manage project buyout by defining scope, soliciting bids, reviewing proposals, and awarding subcontracts. He will compose and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates, process submittals, RFIs, and change orders, and manage subcontractor quality, production, and safety cooperatively with our experienced site superintendents, from excavation to finishes.

Tyler’s ground up experience includes multi-family housing, senior living communities, and healthcare facilities. His dedication to problem solving, attention to detail, and effective communication ensures a quality product for our clients. Tyler values our vendor and client relationships and believes maintaining those connections are the basis to any successful project.
